We are now pleased to offer a wheel exchange programme either for a pair or individual wheels.
All to often on servicings we find broken or loose spokes. Tightening them results in more broken spokes.
As the wheels are over 20 years old we thought it would be worth offering this exchange programme.
We have the wheels built up and in stock, you send your old wheels in which we evaluate to refurbish for the next customer. Once paid for we post out your freshly refurbished wheels. This saves the lengthy wait for a wheel building company to refurb your wheels. With our refurbed wheels you could be back on the road within a couple of days or indeed the same day if you rode down to our workshop.
Also ideal for those carrying out restoration projects.
The wheel hubs will be powdercoated, new rims fitted, stainless spokes and nipples and will have new bearings, new rim tapes and tyre clamps.
Tyres can be fitted at an extra cost.
New discs can be fitted at extra costs.
Old wheels preferred with discs removed but we can offer a disc removal service if required.
