Here we have a KTM Rotax 504 For Sale.
Selling on behalf of a customer so no VAT on this bench ran KTM 504.
Prior to running on the test bed we lubricated the bore added half a litre of oil to the sump and cam shaft oil bath.
The cam belt was changed, valve clearances checked and a new spark plug fitted
The engine serial number reflects that of a 504 Rotax with 79.4mm Stroke with 89mm bore. A 670 cam is fitted. This particular engine has an in line inlet flange as opposed to the more common angled inlet flange on most KTM Rotax engines.
The engine is in a good clean unmolested or modified condition so we are assuming the details above will be correct. It would make an ideal race engine for twinshock scrambles etc.
The engine was turned over around 20 times to lubricate the bore and prime oil pump.
It then started first kick on the test bed and settled down to a nice even tick over once choke was off. We have videoed the engine running so please feel free to send us a Whats App message and we will send you the video

As this is a customers engine there is no VAT to pay.
Engine comes complete with the kick start – this is worn, gear lever with new toe rubber, original belt and spark plug we removed, inlet rubber sleeve and KTM specific swing arm inserts.
Engine can be shipped world wide in one of our bespoke Rotax packing cases.
