1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Sportax Racing, The Croft, Marsh Road, Burlington, SHIFNAL, Shropshire, TF11 8JE United Kingdom (“we” and “us”) to the customer (“you”) and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto.
All orders placed by you are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
2. Your Rights
Sportax Racing is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Sportax Racing is safe. You won’t get ripped off, you’ll get your parts and we’ll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods, our returns policy allows 30 days.
Sportax Racing is VAT registered (169 5415 78), our prices include VAT. Customers outside of the EU will not be charged VAT, VAT will be removed at checkout. We do our best to ensure the prices are correct and up to date, errors may occur and in this case you may be contacted before your order is shipped.
4. Property Rights
All goods remain the sole property of Sportax Racing, until payment has been made in full; either to Sportax Racing or to Sportax Racing’s authorised representative.
Postage is charged by weight and size, this keeps postage charges to a minimum. All UK packages will be sent with Royal Mail First Class service and delivery, providing the parts are in stock, is usually received the next working day but it can take up to 3 days. All over size packages will be sent with the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service.
All worldwide packages are sent by the Royal Mails Airmail or International Signed For service, this takes 3 to 5 working days for Western Europe and 4 to 7 working days for Easten Europe, the rest of world can take from 5 to 9 working days depending on the local postal service.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
We operate a no quibble money back policy on all goods returned in new, unused condition in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds on items over 30 days are subject to our discretion. Any item that has not been delivered may be cancelled at any time by phone or email and a full refund will be issued.

- Wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.
- Return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. (Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery).
- Please remember to contact us before sending the goods back.
- Include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the refund to be processed
7. Stock Levels
Stock levels are updated live on the website, we try to keep this as accurate as possible. If there is a problem with the availability of a product marked as in stock we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
8. Ownership of Information / Copyright
Sportax Racing creates the majority of pictures and descriptions for the website. This information is copyright of Sportax Racing and may not be used by any other party without express permission of Sportax Racing.
All pictures, material, code, intellectual property and descriptions are the property of Sportax Racing. It may not be copied or used without the express permission of Sportax Racing.
9. Accuracy of Information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer’s websites, catalogues, our own photography and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
10. Privacy & Security
To process your order, we require your name, billing address, delivery address, phone number and email address. We use this information to process your order and to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone.
Any information provided by you will be used for Sportax Racing purposes only. However, Sportax Racing may need to provide your name and address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order for delivering specific services to you (for example, the courier that delivers your order).
Your information will not be shared with any individual or other companies (such as direct mail organisations or other third parties) unless required by law.
There are times when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address and e-mail address. When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry, accept an order, conduct a survey or allow you to access specific information such as account information, etc. We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us.
